Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Valety: the iPhone app, the website and the Valety Plus subscription.
Updated: October 25, 2026
1. Who we are
Valety is operated by a sole trader based in Ukraine. “Valety”, “we” and “us” mean the operator of the service. Questions about these terms: support@valety.app.
2. What Valety provides
Valety is a personal assistant with memory, a nutritionist, a stylist and other AI-based tools. Features can change: we may add, improve or switch off individual ones where this is consistent with the law and the plan you bought.
The App Store offer is available in Ukraine only.
3. Your account and acceptable use
Give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity in your account unless we failed to secure the service.
- do not break the law or the rights of other people;
- do not upload malware, spam or automated abusive traffic;
- do not try to gain unauthorised access or bypass limits or billing;
- do not use AI to produce unlawful, abusive or infringing content.
4. Valety Plus subscription
Valety Plus is a paid subscription that raises the daily request limits for the assistant and specialists. Monthly and yearly plans are available. The price and period are shown in the app before you buy.
- Auto-renewal. The subscription renews automatically for the same period until you cancel it. Apple charges your Apple ID within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Free trial. New subscribers may get 2 weeks free. Apple decides eligibility, usually once per Apple ID. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription becomes paid and you are charged.
- Payment. Payment is taken from your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase in the App Store.
- Cancellation. Manage and cancel auto-renewal in your Apple ID settings on iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Valety. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, or the next period is charged. After cancelling you keep access until the paid period ends. Deleting the app or your Valety account does not cancel the subscription.
- Refunds. App Store purchases are refunded by Apple, not by us: submit a request at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Apple Support. We cannot see payment details and cannot refund such a payment ourselves.
If a purchase fails or its status looks wrong, use restore purchases in the app or write to support@valety.app.
5. Other payment methods
If a payment is made outside the app through a third-party payment provider, that provider’s terms also apply. Refund rules for such payments: Refund Policy.
6. Your content and AI output
Your content stays yours. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display it only to run the service, including sending it to the AI companies you agreed to (see Privacy Policy).
AI output can be inaccurate. Valety does not give medical, legal or financial advice. Calories and macros are estimates; always check ingredients and allergens on the product label. The stylist sends you to a product page in a store, and the purchase happens in the store.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Valety available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance and restrict access where needed for security, legal compliance or to prevent abuse.
8. Intellectual property
The Valety software, interface and brand are protected by law. These terms do not give you rights in them.
9. Ending use
You can stop using Valety at any time and delete your account in the app (see Support). We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or put the service or other people at risk.
10. Liability and governing law
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for loss of profit or data, arising from use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, unless mandatory consumer protection law where you live requires otherwise.
