How to delete your account

• Open Profile in the app.
• Choose “Account”, then “Support and documents”.
• Tap “Delete account” and confirm.

Deletion removes the account and its data. It does not cancel an App Store subscription: cancel that separately (see below). Cannot open the app? Write to support@valety.app from the account’s address.

How to manage or cancel your subscription

• On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Valety → “Cancel Subscription”.
• Or in the app: Profile → Valety Plus → manage subscription.
• Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, including the free trial. You keep access until the paid period ends.
• Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases: reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Bought Valety Plus but features did not unlock? On the Valety Plus screen tap “Restore purchases”.

Common questions

Why does Valety ask for AI consent? The assistant, the nutritionist and the stylist run on OpenAI and Google models, and part of your data is sent to them to answer. Without consent AI features stay off. Change your choice: Profile → Privacy → “Change AI consent”. Details: Privacy Policy.

What do the AI companies see? Only what your request needs: messages, food profile, memory and journal entries, stylist requests with photos, and story text to narrate.

Is Valety free? The app is free. The Valety Plus subscription raises limits, and new subscribers get 2 weeks free.

Does Valety sell clothes? No. The stylist sends you to the product page in a store, and the purchase happens there.

Is this medical advice? No. Calories and macros are estimates. Check ingredients and allergens on the label.

Who can read my entries? Memory entries are stored encrypted with a key for your account. This is not end-to-end encryption: details in Privacy Policy.
