Valety is designed as a privacy-first product for personal storytelling, journaling, memory organization, and AI-assisted creative work. We collect and process information only to the extent needed to operate the service, protect the platform, communicate with users, and comply with legal obligations.

We receive limited billing information needed to confirm payment status, manage subscriptions, detect fraud, and support refunds or disputes.

We retain account data and product content for as long as your account remains active, or as needed to provide the service and comply with our legal obligations. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize data within a reasonable period except where retention is required for security, tax, fraud prevention, or legal recordkeeping.
